TaskFlow is a task management and team collaboration system. This Privacy Policy explains how TaskFlow collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website and connected Google features.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following information when you use TaskFlow:
- Account information such as your name, email address, role, profile image, and workspace membership.
- Task and collaboration information such as tasks, subtasks, comments, messages, files, meetings, attendance records, and workspace activity.
- Technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, session data, and logs needed to operate and secure the service.
- Billing or subscription information when a workspace uses paid features.
Google Account and Calendar Data
If you choose to sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar, TaskFlow may access your Google account name, email address, profile picture, email verification status, and Google account identifier. TaskFlow may also request permission to create, update, read, or delete Google Calendar events that TaskFlow creates for meeting scheduling and Google Meet links.
TaskFlow uses Google data only to authenticate your account, link your Google identity to your TaskFlow account, create and manage TaskFlow meetings in Google Calendar, and generate Google Meet links for those meetings.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage user accounts and workspaces.
- Provide task management, team communication, scheduling, attendance, reports, and related productivity features.
- Send account, invite, meeting, security, and service notifications.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve TaskFlow.
- Comply with legal, security, and operational requirements.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or Google user data. We may share information only when needed to operate TaskFlow, provide requested features, comply with legal obligations, protect users and the service, or work with service providers such as hosting, email delivery, payment, and Google API services.
Google API Limited Use
TaskFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Calendar data is used only for user-facing meeting and calendar functionality inside TaskFlow.
Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No internet-based service can guarantee complete security, but we work to keep TaskFlow protected and access-controlled.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide TaskFlow, maintain workspace records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Workspace administrators may manage or delete certain records according to the features available in TaskFlow.
Your Choices
You may choose not to connect Google services. You may also revoke TaskFlow's Google access from your Google Account permissions page. If access is revoked, Google Calendar and Google Meet features may stop working until you authorize them again.
