TaskFlow is a task management and team collaboration system. This Privacy Policy explains how TaskFlow collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website and connected Google features.

Google Account and Calendar Data

If you choose to sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar, TaskFlow may access your Google account name, email address, profile picture, email verification status, and Google account identifier. TaskFlow may also request permission to create, update, read, or delete Google Calendar events that TaskFlow creates for meeting scheduling and Google Meet links.

TaskFlow uses Google data only to authenticate your account, link your Google identity to your TaskFlow account, create and manage TaskFlow meetings in Google Calendar, and generate Google Meet links for those meetings.

We do not sell your personal information or Google user data. We may share information only when needed to operate TaskFlow, provide requested features, comply with legal obligations, protect users and the service, or work with service providers such as hosting, email delivery, payment, and Google API services.

Google API Limited Use

TaskFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Calendar data is used only for user-facing meeting and calendar functionality inside TaskFlow.

Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No internet-based service can guarantee complete security, but we work to keep TaskFlow protected and access-controlled.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide TaskFlow, maintain workspace records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Workspace administrators may manage or delete certain records according to the features available in TaskFlow.

Your Choices

You may choose not to connect Google services. You may also revoke TaskFlow's Google access from your Google Account permissions page. If access is revoked, Google Calendar and Google Meet features may stop working until you authorize them again.
